How WiseLink thinks about digital operations: each layer builds on the one above it. A way of structuring the work, not a product.
Establish · Connect · Automate · Apply AI

From digital foundation to intelligent operations.

As a business grows it needs systems, then those systems connected, then repetitive work automated, then AI for the parts rules can’t handle. WiseLink works across that whole progression.

  1. Establish

    Build the digital foundation.

For organisations starting from scratch or restructuring their technology environment. We design and set up the foundation; we don’t run your IT day to day.

    • Microsoft 365
    • Identity & access
    • Cloud infrastructure
    • Email & collaboration
    • Business applications
    • Basic security
    • Domains & services

Get the foundations right before automating them.

  2. Connect

Make your business systems work together.

API integration, middleware, data synchronisation, webhooks and custom connectors between the systems you run.

    • ERP
    • Accounting
    • Microsoft 365
    • E-commerce
    • Internal software
    • Databases
    • Vendor APIs

Data moves between systems, not between inboxes.

  3. Automate

    Remove repetitive operational work.

Deterministic workflows for the processes that follow the same rules every time.

    • Invoice processing
    • Order flows
    • Approvals
    • Reporting
    • Inventory updates
    • Email processing
    • Reconciliation

Automate the predictable. Escalate the exceptions.

  4. Apply AI

Use AI where traditional automation stops.

Interpretation and reasoning for unstructured input, inside workflows with defined tools and limits.

    • Document understanding
    • Email interpretation
    • Classification
    • Extraction
    • Tool-based agents
    • Exception handling

AI for the ambiguous parts, not for everything.

From zero to one

Starting without a digital operating model?

Some businesses don’t need another integration. They need the underlying technology environment designed properly first.

WiseLink can help establish the systems, architecture and operating workflows from the ground up — then connect and automate them as the business grows.

Starting point

Tools that grew by accident

  • Scattered personal accounts
  • No clear access model
  • Disconnected tools
  • Manual approvals
  • Spreadsheets everywhere
  • No integration architecture
  • No automation strategy
Target state

Operations designed on purpose

  • Managed identity
  • Core business systems
  • Clear ownership
  • Connected data flows
  • Automated workflows
  • Monitored integrations
  • AI where appropriate
Already have the systems?

Your systems work. We automate the gaps between them.

Most businesses already have the software they need. The problem is everything employees still do by hand between those systems — reading emails, copying data, chasing approvals.

We connect and automate around the systems you already use, without forcing a platform migration.

Your employees shouldn’t have to be the API between your systems.

Before

Manual process

  1. Email arrives with an attachment
  2. Someone reads and interprets it
  3. Another system is checked
  4. Data is copied across
  5. Approval is chased by email
  6. ERP / accounting is updated

Example workflow supplier-invoice
  1. Email receivedinvoice-1048.pdf
  2. Document classifiedSupplier invoice
  3. Structured data extracted
  4. Supplier matched
  5. Validation completed
  6. Approval requiredRule: amount > threshold
  7. Approval received
  8. Accounting draft created
  9. Workflow completed

How we build

AI where it helps. Automation where it works.

Not every problem needs AI.

WiseLink combines deterministic software, APIs, workflow automation and AI based on what the process actually requires.

  • APIs

Use direct system integrations whenever reliable APIs are available.

    Best for

    • retrieving records
    • synchronising data
    • creating transactions
    • triggering workflows
  • Workflow logic

Use deterministic software for predictable business rules.

    Best for

    • validation
    • thresholds
    • routing
    • state
    • retries
    • scheduling
  • AI

Use AI where traditional software cannot easily understand the input.

    Best for

    • documents
    • emails
    • classification
    • ambiguous requests
    • reasoning
    • unstructured information
  • Human review

Keep people involved where judgement or authorisation matters.

    Best for

    • high-value transactions
    • low-confidence results
    • unusual exceptions
    • sensitive actions

The objective isn’t to add AI everywhere. It’s to remove unnecessary manual work.

Applied AI architecture

AI can reason. Software controls what happens next.

WiseLink does not design workflows where an AI model receives unrestricted access to business systems.

Models can interpret information and reason about the next step, while controlled tools, permissions and deterministic software define what actions are actually possible.

AI handles ambiguity. Software provides boundaries.

How controlled AI workflows work

AI model

  • Understand
  • Extract
  • Classify
  • Reason

Controlled tools

  • Defined actions
  • Permissions
  • Validation
  • Business rules

Human approval

Control layer

Systems

  • ERP
  • Accounting

The model proposes. Controlled tools decide what is allowed, a person approves where required, and only then do systems change.
Who this is for

Built for companies between spreadsheets and enterprise IT.

Small and medium-sized businesses that have outgrown ad-hoc tools but don’t need a large enterprise consulting programme.

  • Growing operational complexity
  • Several business systems in use
  • No large internal engineering team
  • Manual work increasing with growth
  • Fragmented IT ownership
  • Ready to build properly, not patch
How we work

From operating problem to working system.

  1. Understand the business and its systems
  2. Design the operating architecture
  3. Build foundation and integrations
  4. Automate the repetitive work
  5. Improve as the business grows

Different problems need different starting points.

  • Digital Operations Assessment

Which systems, what should integrate, where automation should start and where AI makes sense.

  • Proof of Concept

Validate a technically uncertain integration or automation before committing.

  • Implementation Project

Foundation, integration or automation, from architecture to handover.

  • Ongoing Engineering

Monitoring, improving and extending your automation over time.

How we work and ways to engage
What we’re building

Turning repeated automation problems into reusable technology.

Every implementation is different, but many underlying technical problems repeat.

WiseLink turns those repeated patterns into reusable components for integration, document intelligence, orchestration, agent tooling and observability. Reusable components let us deliver future implementations faster, more consistently and with less project-specific code.

These components currently support WiseLink projects and are not presented as a standalone self-service SaaS product.

One technical owner from architecture to deployment.

WiseLink Automation is founder-led. The person who understands the business problem also designs the technical architecture and stays involved through implementation.

It is led by Alan Zheng, a software and cloud engineer with experience in cloud infrastructure, systems integration, enterprise software and applied AI.
